importance of National Human Rights Institutions, in the
promotion of Human Rights in Democracies..

Rai, Director, Indian Institute of Human Rights, on the
missions and action of the Mediator of the French
Republic.

the place of Human Rights in French Diplomacy.

(Socialist Party) discussed issues relating to parity,
equality of rights between men and women at the
Luxembourg palace (the seat of French Senate).
